1611 Indoor Golf Club was created to help the weekend golfer to the competitive golfer. We cater to ages 5 & Up. Our services provide athletes with the environment for success. We have invested in the top of the line technology and studied instructional methods that will increase the level of success in all ranges of athletes. 1611 is ​equipping and training golfers to play better golf through improved awareness of swing cause and effects as a result of the actions by their body, the club, and their effect on the golf ball.

Private Instruction

Private lessons are scheduled directly with the coach on a first-come-first-serve basis.  These lessons focus on advanced golf fundamentals and advanced golf skill development.  

Training

Our training sessions consist of exercises and flexibility routines that will help improve your overall body control.  These exercises and stretches work specific muscles in your body that will allow you to improve your game and keep physically fit.  Keeping fit is important to reduce the risk of injury and will allow you as a player to play at your top potential.

Originally from the south of France, Cyril came to the United States in 2008 to attend Abilene Christian University. While at ACU he won the titles of D II National Champion (individually) as well the Regional and Conference titles in the same year. The 3x All American received many awards including the prestigious Byron Nelson Award. After graduating with a business degree, Cyril turned in his amateur status and has been playing professionally ever since. He started out playing mini tours and achieved Challenge Tour status through Q school within just two short years of turning pro. This was followed by securing status on the European Tour were he had a successful season in 2015. 

Cyril’s goal has always been to obtain status on the PGA. Therefore, last year he made the decision to give up his status in Europe and to come play back in the states on the web.com tour as well as PGA tour Mondayqualifiers. In March of 2017 he successfully Monday qualified into the PGA Puerto Rico Open. He is currently playing both web.com and Adams tour events. He will attend Q school in the fall of 2018 which will determine his status for the next season. 

When Cyril is not on the road playing tournaments, he spends his time mastering his craft through practice at Shady Oaks Country Club and 1611 Sports. Cyril’s talent and experience have given him a number of great opportunities; including currently being coached by one of the best in the world, Cameron McCormick (aka Jordan Spieth’s coach).Cyril’s goal has always been to obtain status on the PGA. Aaron is a golf coach at Boswell High School in Saginaw, Texas.  Aaron grew up in Weatherford, Texas where he had great high school success.  Aaron attended Tarleton State University and competed in amateur, state and local events during his college years.  Aaron has competed and placed on many long ball tours.

Aaron has more than 15 years in the coaching field and has worked with all levels of golfers.  He has been able to coach many teams and individuals to the regional and state level in Texas over the last few years.  Aaron is also a Level 2 Titlest Performance Institute certified instructor.
